How do I access my digital download?
Once your purchase is complete, you can access your files in a couple of ways:
From Etsy on a browser: Log in to your Etsy account on a desktop or mobile browser (downloads aren’t available via the Etsy app).
Navigate to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews, find your order, and click Download Files.
Via email: Etsy will also send a download link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
Do you release new digital products regularly?
